How does shipping work?

Because this is a food product, shipping may be different than you expect. Please read our shipping policy, which you can find here.

What allergens does our Krack collection contain?

Our products do contain common allergens including but not limited to Soy and Nuts. The best way to find what common allergens each flavor contains is by looking at the bottom of each flavors product page. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to email us :)

All products are made in a kitchen that works with nuts, eggs, dairy, shellfish, wheat and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee that there is no cross contamination between any major allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please exercise caution consuming our product. We don't want to get sued, so use your brain!

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, because we are a small business, we cannot provide refunds for shipping issues or dissatisfaction with our product. However, if the product you receive was not what you ordered, we will in most circumstances provide either a partial or full refund depending on your situation. 

Again, we do NOT offer refunds solely because you don't like the product or there were shipping issues out of our control.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in any other circumstances and do not allow cancellations after ordering.

How long will my order stay fresh?

We recommend you eat or gift our food products as soon as you receive them, but, they should last up to 14 days in a sealed container or bag. The product will not become toxic to eat, but the sugar-based elements have the tendency to lose their freshness after long periods of time. We do not recommend freezing the product. Please remember our product is chocolate based and cannot withstand high temperatures. Additionally, we highly recommend re-sealing your containers after snacking in order to ensure the product lasts as long as possible.

Can I request a flavor?
Yes you can! Hover over the contact us tab and click "Request A Flavor!". There you will find a form and you can tell us all of your addictive treat ideas!

What should I do if my product came melted?

Unfortunately, because our product is chocolate based it can melt under high temperatures. If your Krack arrives melted do not worry! All you need to do it put it in the fridge for 30 minutes in a sealed container or in the sealed bag it came in and it will set back to its original state!
